Groeninge Museum<\/span><\/a> is home to one of the finest collections in the world. Here you\u2019ll get to admire masterpieces by the Flemish Primitives and familiarise yourself with other milestones in Belgian and European art history. This is the museum residents of Bruges return to regularly because it never fails to surprise them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jerusalem Chapel<\/b><\/p>\n

This stunning private chapel is situated within walking distance of the city centre. <\/span>Jerusalem Chapel<\/span><\/a> is owned by the Adornes Family, a family of merchants, and was inspired by the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. Note the unique stained-glass windows and the tower, with the Cross of Jerusalem on top.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cinema Lumi\u00e8re<\/b><\/p>\n

Bit of a cinephile? Or does the weather leave a lot to be desired and are you looking for an indoor activity? <\/span>In that case, <\/span>Cinema Lumi\u00e8re<\/span><\/a> is the place to be! This magical Bruges city cinema offers a quirky program with movies from all over the world. The comfy red chairs were made to sink into!<\/span><\/p>\n

Aside from the usual high-street stores, Bruges also has many smaller, unique shops. Highly recommended:<\/span><\/p>\n

Right in the heart of the city, the Queen Astrid Park glistens. The Bruges locals love it! On the lawn around the kiosk and the pond you can soak up the sunshine. There are loads of benches and a playground for the smallies. A marvellous spot for a picnic!<\/span><\/p>\n
