After 2 years, the more than 150-year-old Koninklijke Stadsschouwburg Brugge opens its doors again with the event “De Schouwburg vertelt”.

Only then do you realise the magic of theatre, both on and behind the stage in this more than 150-year-old temple of art and culture.

Discover the completely new route and get lost in this unique building. You will not only meet iconic locations such as the entrance, the magnificent Foyer, but also the hidden corners of the City Theatre.

Every location breathes a rich history, special anecdotes and surprising objects.

A quest along the old catacombs and artist’s lodges, ending in the spotlights on stage.

For the youngest visitors, there is also an interactive children’s trail.
